Let your clients bring their friends
After their first appointment, clients get a personal share code. Their friend gets a discount, and they get a reward once the friend has visited.
Word of mouth, but automatic
You switch it on once under Marketing > Referral programme. After that everything runs by itself, and each client's share code is also shown on their customer card.
A personal share code
After their first paid appointment, and a waiting time you choose (1 hour to 90 days), clients get their own code and share link. Only clients with marketing consent, and only once.
A discount for the friend
The friend gets a discount on their first appointment, as a percentage or fixed amount, on all or selected services. Only for new customers, once per person. You can edit the email texts, with a preview in your brand style.
A reward once the friend has visited
24 hours after the friend has visited and paid, your client receives a discount code or gift voucher. One reward per friend, for an unlimited number of friends. If the friend doesn't show up after all, the reward lapses.
