A client books a new set and pays a deposit via iDEAL. You book her next infill with 'Repeat appointment', every three weeks. She gets a reminder before every visit and can reschedule herself if a date doesn't suit her.
If you do cancel an appointment in your calendar, clients on the waitlist are notified. That way your table stays booked, even when something changes at the last minute.

How much does a booking system for a nail studio cost?
Salondesq starts at €19.99 per month (Basic), excl. VAT, for one staff member. Each extra staff member costs €5.00 for Basic and €7.50 for Plus en Premium. Premium costs, for the first 6 months €29.99 per month (for new sign-ups), then €59.99.
Can I schedule regular infills automatically?
Yes, with recurring appointments (from Plus). You choose a rhythm, such as every three weeks, and Salondesq adds the whole series to your calendar in one go.
Can I ask for a deposit when clients book online?
Yes, with online payments in the Premium plan. For each service you choose whether a deposit via iDEAL is required, as a fixed amount or a percentage. Payments are handled by Mollie.
Can I try Salondesq first?
You can try Salondesq 7 days free. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. After that, you can cancel monthly.
