How it works in a massage salon with two therapists

You set up your treatments: relaxation massage of 30, 60 and 90 minutes, sports massage, hot stone. For each treatment you set the duration and price, and which therapist gives it.

A couple book a couples massage online for Saturday. Salondesq books both therapists at the same time and sends a confirmation. One of them pays with a gift voucher you sold earlier.

On quiet weekdays you run a promotion with a discount code. In Insights you can see which days and treatments bring in the most.

How much does a booking system for a massage salon cost?

Salondesq starts at €19.99 per month (Basic), excl. VAT, for one staff member. Each extra staff member costs €5.00 for Basic and €7.50 for Plus en Premium. Premium costs, for the first 6 months €29.99 per month (for new sign-ups), then €59.99.

Can clients book a couples massage online?

Yes, with group bookings (from Plus). You choose the treatment and therapist for each guest; the appointments appear in your calendar at the same time.

Can I sell gift vouchers through Salondesq?

Yes, gift vouchers are included in the Premium plan. You sell and redeem them from the same system.

Can I try Salondesq first?

You can try Salondesq 7 days free. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. After that, you can cancel monthly.
