From appointment to payment: how Salondesq works
A customer books online, comes in and pays. In Salondesq that's one continuous flow instead of four separate tasks.
The booking
The customer chooses a service, a staff member and a time in your booking widget. The widget sits on your own site and only shows times that are genuinely free. The appointment goes straight into the calendar.
The confirmation
Right after booking, a confirmation goes out, and a reminder the day before. You set up the texts once; after that it runs by itself.
The treatment
From the calendar you open the customer card: previous visits and your notes, such as the colour you used. You don't have to ask what you did last time.
The payment
At checkout you create a receipt in the same appointment. Want certainty? Ask for a deposit via iDEAL when booking. At the end of the month you export everything to your accounting.
