Request missing data

Your insights start on the day you started with Salondesq. If you want to include the months before that, we can add those figures for you.

What you provide

Send the file to info@salondesq.nl with the period it covers.

An export from your previous system, in CSV or Excel.

At least the date, the service and the amount on each line.

If you have them: the staff member and the customer, so those overviews stay accurate too.

What happens next

We check the file, convert it and add it to your insights. You will then simply see the old period in your date range. This is usually done within two working days.
