When do I get paid out?

Online payments arrive at Mollie first and are then transferred to your bank account. Salondesq does not hold on to any of your money.

The schedule

By default Mollie pays out daily, on working days. Whatever comes in on Friday is usually in your account on Monday or Tuesday. In your Mollie dashboard you can choose weekly or monthly payouts.

What you see in Salondesq

You view transactions, transaction fees and payouts in your Mollie dashboard. In Salondesq you see the deposit and the outstanding amount for each receipt.

Go to Admin and choose a period.

In the list of receipts you see the deposit and the outstanding amount for each receipt.

For transactions, transaction fees and payouts, open your Mollie dashboard.

First payout

The first payout takes a little longer, because Mollie first checks your details and your bank account. After that it follows the regular schedule.
