Turning on birthday emails
Salondesq can automatically send your customers a message around their birthday, with or without an offer.
Switching on

Go to Marketing and choose Birthday campaign.

Switch on 'Send birthday email to customers'.

Adjust the subject and message and, if you like, add a personal discount code (percentage, valid for a number of days). Send a test email.

Save.
Who gets the email
Only customers whose date of birth you have and who want to receive email from you. If you add the date of birth later, the customer is automatically included from their next birthday.
