Change password

You change your password yourself in your profile. Forgotten it? Then request a new password via the login screen.

Changing your password

You stay logged in on this device. On other devices your old password stops working immediately.

Click Settings at the bottom of the menu and choose Profile under 'Your account'.

Go to Password, enter your new password and confirm your new password.

Choose a new password of at least eight characters.

Click Change password.

Forgotten password

No email received? Check your spam folder and make sure you are using the email address your account was created with.

On the login screen, choose Forgotten password.

Enter your email address and choose Send reset link.

Check your inbox for the email "Reset your password".

Click the link in that email.

Choose your new password and click Set password.
